Concept & Summary
Free Play-Money Online Poker Tournaments. Occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.pokerpages.com. Winning players receive vouchers for:
- Sponsored Tournament Entry Fees
In denomenations of $10, $15, and $25 that are redeemable only toward tournament entry fees at either specified locations (dedicated vouchers) or locations of winner's choice (non-specific vochers).
- Comps
Sponsors can choose to award prizes during their dedicated online tournaments or during general Poker Dollar play, for example: tournament entry fees, hotel, meals, slot play, table games, entertainment, amenities, etc.
- Exclusive
Only Casinos and Card Rooms that are PokerPages Sponsors can participate fully in this program.

Program Overview
- Level
There is one kind of sponsorship (described in detail). Your Sponsorship level is determined by the number of poker tables for which your location is licensed. See price list.

Tiered according to the max number of poker tables for which your location is licensed. See price list.
- Duration
Sponsorship is for a one year duration. We ask that you continue to redeem any outstanding vouchers for 6 months if and when your participation in the program ends (vouchers expire 6 months after issuance).

Timing and Program Integration
A non-membership version of the PokerPages Poker Dollars program launched June 29, 2001. Players win non-specific location vouchers of denominations of $10, $15, and $25, which can only be redeemed toward tournament entry fees at any Casino/Card Room in the world.
The Sponsored-version of the Poker Dollars (the program described in this doc) is scheduled to launch the fall of 2001. It will award both dedicated vouchers as well as non-specific vouchers.
- Once the Sponsored version of the Poker Dollars program launches (the program described in this doc), non-specific vouchers will still be redeemable only toward tournament entry fees at any Casino or Card Room in the world UNLESS there is a Poker Dollars Sponsor within a 15-mile radius.
- Effectively, becoming a Poker Dollars Sponsor locks out other nearby Casinos/Card Rooms until the other nearby Casinos/Card Rooms become a Poker Dollars Sponsor.

Poker Dollars™ Program Details
Sponsors receive:
- Dedicated Online Free-Play Tournaments
These are Your Online Tournaments-- sponsored only by you, with prizes provided by you (and/or using the dedicated vouchers for only your location). The number of online tournaments included with your sponsorship package is shown in the price list. You can add as many Additional Dedicated Online Tournaments as you want to hold, for a fee of $250 per tournament.
You can provide whatever tournament prizes you want to award. Use some or all of the dedicated Poker Dollars vouchers which are redeemable only at your site, and/or add your own prizes. Thus, you can customize the incentives/ promos you wish to offer to make your tournament unique and attractive, to put the most players in seats at your location.
PokerPages will create & track the custom vouchers for prizes you choose to award. For example, you could award:
- 2 nights hotel per top 2 players, or some discount room package for the top 5 finishers
- Slot, chip, or other type of promos (meal, special facility usage, etc…)
- Seats in your live tournaments, or partial buy-ins
- Travel or Entertainment vouchers (say for $100, $250 or $500, or voucher to get into a specific show)
- Vouchers of specific dollar amount toward anything in your casino= essentially anything you can think up!
This way you can tap into the budgets of and leverage the draw of your entire Casino/Card room. Think Big!
PokerPages will work with you to schedule your online tournaments to best coordinate with your location's activities (say to feed into any live tournament for poker, slots, blackjack, etc.). Schedule early to assure you get the times you want. Otherwise we will schedule them and evenly divide them over your year sponsorship.
PROMO-You receive extra promotion leading up to and during your dedicated online tournaments, including: Special Sponsor Schedule Listing, as well as items 6-8 below.
- Dedicated Voucher Guarantee
During your year of sponsorship, PokerPages guarantees that we'll issue Poker Dollars vouchers for the cumulative value shown in the price chart (below) that are redeemable only at your location. PokerPages pays for these vouchers. Example- if you paid $3,000 we'll issue vouchers that total $600 during the year that are redeemable only at your location. You choose whether these dedicated vouchers are awarded during your dedicated online tournament, or during general Poker Dollars play (which gives you more marketing awareness time).
- Add More Vouchers Redeemable Only at Your Location
Increase Players in Your Seats-- You can add additional custom prizes or dedicated Poker Dollar Vouchers for only your location during general Poker Dollars play (see prize ideas in 'Dedicated Tournaments' section #1, above). PokerPages charges the Sponsor an additional 10% Admin fee on the value of the prizes awarded for the creation, tracking and handling of these unique vouchers.
- 'Lock out' non-Sponsors locations
When you sign up as a Sponsor in the Poker Dollars program, players who wish to redeem their non-membership vouchers can redeem them toward anything at any Casino or Card Room in the world UNLESS there is a Poker Dollars Sponsor within a 15-mile radius of that Casino or Card Room. *Effectively, becoming a Poker Dollars Sponsor locks out other nearby Casinos/Card Rooms until the other nearby Casinos/Card Rooms become a Poker Dollars Sponsor.
- A Casino Profile/Feature Article
Upon becoming a Poker Dollars Sponsor, a feature article will appear on the Home Page of PokerPages introducing you as a Poker Dollars Sponsor. It points to a longer profile (that your provide) of your establishment, staff, amenities, attractions and graphics of your interior and exterior etc. It will continue to reside in the Casino profile section of PokerPages after it's been highlighted on the Home Page Feature Article section.

This is a great marketing tool--it is a major way that online players find you using search engines (details in next section). It's where you tell people what's going on at your location- poker and any other departments you wish to promote.
- On Poker Dollars Sponsor Page
Your name and corporate logo are listed on the Poker Dollars Sponsor Page. This links to your Mini Home Page giving readers an overview of your location.
- On Poker Dollars Schedule Page
The times of your sponsored online tournaments are listed on our schedule page. When someone clicks on the time and date of your tournament, a popup window will open and give the details of your tournament.

The mini web site includes 6 pages described below. By request, it can be reached with its own unique URL: www.pokerpages.com/yourcasinoname. Use it in your advertising!
This lets online visitors find you, get to know you better & keeps them up to date on your poker action as well as any other activities at your casino.

Notes:
Decide when you want your Dedicated Vouchers to be awarded:
- During your Dedicated Online Tournament (along with any other prizes you wish to award to make your online tournament more attractive and unique), or
- During general Poker Dollars play (which gives you more marketing presence, since your name will frequently be in front of players in addition to the dedicated online tournament promo time).
- Mix of the two above. You specify.
- DEFAULT -Use 2/3 of your dedicated vouchers during your dedicated online tournaments, and 1/3 of your dedicated vouchers during general Poker Dollars play.
Schedule your Dedicated Online Tournaments to run to your best advantage. For example:
- Combine several of the online tournaments to create a warm-up to a live event- say 2 of the online tournaments for a round one, and a 3rd time slot for the final-or longer for larger prize build up & excitement.
- Coordinate your online tournaments to support/feed into other scheduled marketing activities-remember these activities don't have to be only poker-so you can use some of the rest of the casino's budget to offset your own.
- DEFAULT - equally space your online tournaments during your one-year sponsorship. This maximizes awareness of your location via repetition (you know that well known Marketing Maxim- it takes seeing something 7 times before it sinks in!).
