If you could change anything in the poker world, what would it be?
Unionization of Dealers. Until the dealers on a whole unite and fight for our rights we will never have the kind of respect that our work deserves. We should have the best dealers working in the best conditions. And as it is as of yet, its not that way. To many dealers these days skip by and dont care bout their job and bring down the 50% of us that really try and make the game a pleasant atmosphere. When I deal, you will hardly remember I was there which is a sign of a very good dealer.
