21:35 Chips Found and Away We Go
Just down to 9 tables now.
A few names made their departure there.
Daniel Negreanu had 10 9 with a board including 9 9 8 but John Phan slyly called Daniel's all-in to try to induce a third active player into continuing. No such luck and when John turned his cards over he had 9 8.
AJ Kelsall left from table 1
and Todd Brunson ( his stack restored ) lost them and more and left the arena.
Our absent player Barry Greenstein has joined us fresh from winning the bracelet in the Pot Limit Omaha tournament.
20:40 Chips Missing
Two minutes into the next level Todd Brunson returns to his table to find 4K in chips missing from his stack. The story goes that during the break a drink was spilled and the redistribution of the chips by the dealer was a little astray. We have to go to the video tape to get this one right as no-one can agree on who had what.
19:10 Dinner
Just when you say someone is doing OK he gets involved in a huge pot and Joe Beevers ships his chips to Hassan Habib and departs. Marco Traniello also leaves us before dinner. An 80 minute break begins as the tournament area empties.
This might be interesting , I'll follow Barry Greensteins chips during the evening. At the moment they sit next to the Devilfish and sum to about 16K. He is still sitting at the PLO final table.

Thought I should rush back with all the news. It's 20 minutes to the dinner break. No No, I'm only joking, seriously its 19 minutes.

12:50 - This is a GREAT Poker Field
The $5,000 Pot Limit Holdem event started pretty well on time. Periods have been extended to 75 minutes, up from the standard 60. I sat at the entrance to the area to get a list of "names". As the minutes go by so do the absolute cream of the worlds poker players. Only 23 tables are setup at the moment implying about 250 players maximum. It would be easier to tell you who isn't playing.
