3% of the total prize pool is withheld from all events for tournament staff.
All events are non-smoking.
3% Mississippi State Tax (1099 form) will be withheld from all winnings over $599.
$2000 will be withheld from all events except event #5. Also, the Horseshoe will add a free $10,000 entry into the Jack Binion World Poker Open for the special event held on Aug. 9, 2004.
The final 10 players from all events except event #5 will qualify to enter the special event.
No cash will be awarded in added Special Event.

Players will receive $500 in Tournament chips for the $200 and $300 events and $800 in TC for the $500 events.
Event #12 and #19 will have 40 minute levels.
$500 events will have 50 minute levels, 70 minutes at final table.
$1000 and $2000 events will have 60 min levels, and 80 at final table.
$10,000 Championship event will have 120 min levels.
Rebuy tournaments players will be allowed a single or double add-on.
