If I could change anything in the world: The health issues we face in in the U.S. at this moment. The crisis is here. There is a major problem when Doctors cannot practice Medicine the way it was suppose to be practiced. All people should have access to affordable health care. I am not for socialized Medicine, far from it (although we really do have a form of socialized medicine already due to Medicare). The issues are not just malpractice reform either. It is much deeper. This is not a political agenda on my part. It is a shame to see that the greatest country in the world cannot find real solutions to real problems. The handwriting is on the wall. We cannot continue to ignore it or to remain split apart about the best way to fix the system any longer. There are states that have reached critical points in being able to give their residents medical care. Physicians are leaving certain states in a mass exodus or they quit practicing medicine altogether. The brightest students in college are no longer applying to Medical School. Medicine has already seen irreversible consequences due to these issues. We cannot ignore it any longer. These issues involve everyone. Just because you and your family is healthy now does not mean that it does not concern you. You might find yourself having to wait weeks to see a physician or having to travel miles away from home to receive adequate care. We see this already happening. It is a certainy that this will be happening in every state that does not address these issues now.
