Rondy Roy

My father was an avid poker player, first playing in the Navy and rediscovering his joy for the game later in life. Through online play, he won enough to take trips to tourneys in Tunica, Biloxi, Reno and Las Vegas. He enjoyed meeting and talking to poker players from all walks of life during his travels. His greatest accomplishment was taking first place in a $500+50 tournament in the World Poker Challenge in March of 2006, something he was extremely proud of. He loved life and poker was a great part of it.

My father passed away from cancer on October 13, 2006.

He especially enjoyed the play of "Action" Dan Harrington and considered his books the finest poker books ever written.
