I started playing cards for a living as soon as I turned 21. The game..21..I was a card counter for years before poker. I played blackjack until one of my friends spent two years teaching me how to play poker. I worked on my poker game before I even touched the felt to make the transition from blackjack to poker. My knack for cards and drive to be self-employed is all it took. I hardly play tournaments and love cash games. I still like to do what I want when I want so, tournaments just aren't my thing.
