Chris Alexander

Chris began playing online poker approximately 6 years ago and really got interested in it 4 years ago when Pokerpages.com was having a series of qualifying Freeroll tournaments that eventually paid for a seat in the World Series of Poker. Since that time he has spent countless hours online playing, propping, and teaching.

Chris has worked alongside Al Spath, offering private tution to a poker discussion forum. It was here and with further mentoring by Al Spath that he turned what was a semi-profitable hobby into a livelihood, also while taking on the added challenge to work with new players as they seek development of their skills.

Chris has played semi-professionally as a prop on several sites on the internet. A "prop player" is a player that is paid by the site to play on their site (with their own money, not house money) and help start tables and keep dying tables playing. He plays limits from 1/2 to 5/10 and 1/2 NL and play at least 8,000-10,000 hands a week.

Chris has taught many new players but, he says, "I am most proud of my instruction to my wife who now is also a semi-professional online poker player."
