Leslie Haggerty

Grew up in upstate New York. My first love is horses. Use to have my own and show horses when I was younger. After High School went to work at a racetrack, was training for apprentice jockey but ended up training racehorses. After college lived in Arizona for 6 years before moving back to NY after my son Mike was born. Married to the greatest guy who is my soul mate and best friend. Have three great stepchildren.

I love playing poker and would play everyday if I did not have to work. I play locally in atleast four tournaments a week if not more. In March of 2007 played in my second WPT Ladies and ended up 15th out of 462. In October of 2007 won the WPT Ladies No Limit World Champion Tournament at Foxwoods. It was the greatest experience. Ambition is to keep playing and improve enough to start playing in bigger tournaments.
