NETeller Distribution Plan for US Customers UnderwayTue, Jul 31st, 2007 @ 12:00am Neteller the global online e-wallet announced yesterday that US based customers have access to their accounts and can now withdraw their funds. Many US online poker players used Neteller as a home for their online bankroll as moving funds from Neteller to and from the various online poker sites was very easy to do. However, these online bankrolls have been frozen since 3rd February when US member accounts had their Peer-to-Peer transfer capability removed. US customers will be able to login to their Neteller accounts until 26th January 2008 and make a withdrawal request for their funds. Funds can be withdrawn either by electronic transfer to the bank account on record with Neteller or by a check to be sent to the customer's address. No transactions other than the withdrawal of the entire balance is allowed, and the Neteller account will then be permanently closed. Yesterday, Ron Martin, Neteller President and CEO said "We are very pleased to start the funds distribution process today. I can assure our US customers it has been our highest priority and we'd like to thank them for their patience during this period." Poker players who frequent various online poker forums have mentioned that the process to withdraw funds seems to be going smoothly. Hopefully this now brings to an end the concerns that these players have had since their bankrolls were frozen. Read Related Articles:
