Ongame Nixes NextPoker from Network

Ongame Network announced effective November 1, 2008 that they have excluded NextPoker from their network, due to NextPoker repeatedly violating the network's rakeback policy. The step was taken uphold their vision of a rakeback-free poker network.

Ongame Press Officer Kevin O'Neal said: "Nextpoker has repeatedly violated the terms and conditions of our rakeback policy, and we therefore see no solution other than to exclude them from our poker network. This action is seen as a regrettable but required step towards our vision of operating a rakeback-free network."

Ongame Network in their press release said they regret having to take such decisive action, but they stress the importance of their rakeback policy.
