Poker Pro Jeff Lisandro Completes WSOP Hat Trick With Razz WinWed, Jun 24th, 2009 @ 12:00am Jeff Lisandro entered Day 3 play as the chip leader of Event #44, $2,500 Razz, looking to claim his third bracelet of the 2009 World Series of Poker. Seven hours later, Lisandro had dispatched his final opponent to claim his third bracelet of the 2009 WSOP. Lisandro entered the final day with 438,000 chips, which was more than 100,000 up on the next guy. Once it was down to five-handed, the Aussie (who now resides in Italy) had control of the majority of the chips in play. In heads-up play, Lisandro's enormous chip stack proved to be just too much for the nearly felted Michael Craig, who would ultimately take home $116,405 as runner-up. After outlasting 314 others, Lisandro took home the largest portion of the $792,500 prize pool, a cool $188,370. More importantly, he grabbed career bracelet #4. With the win, Lisandro has completed the Seven Card Stud trifecta this year, earning a bracelet in Seven Card Stud, Stud-8 and Razz. Lisandro also joins Walter "Puggy" Pearson (1973), Ted Forrest (1993), Phil Hellmuth (1993) and Phil Ivey (2002) as the only players to capture three bracelets in one WSOP. Let's not forget about the 2009 Player of the Year race at the WSOP. Lisandro began the day tied with Ville Wahlbeck of Finland with 255 pts. Wahlbeck had a chance to add to that today, sitting on the immediate left of Lisandro, but fell out in 13th (20 pts.) Lisandro now leads with 355 pts.
