Shane Warne and Jeff Fenech will play in the WSOP as part of the 888poker team on Friday 4 July at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino; (Day 2 the following week). In January, 888poker announced their exclusive poker sponsorship with Shane Warne, confirming he will captain their Australian Poker Team in numerous tournaments throughout 2008.
