June 2 - July 15, 2005

WSOP 2005"The games have never been hotter. The stakes have never been larger." - Tom Jenkin, President Harrah’s Western Division

From its beginnings in 1970, the World Series Of Poker has grown to become the game's most prestigious poker tournament and the world's richest sporting event. In fact, last year's event, won by Greg "Fossilman" Raymer, created five instant millionaires.

So, if you love the game and want to join the biggest names in poker playing for millions of dollars, put your cards on the table now. And, unlike other sports, you don't have to be a pro to enter. This year's tournament also marks the first year that the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas will host the majority of the play. Continuing in the fabled Horseshoe tradition, the final two days will take place at Binion's Gambling Hall and Hotel in downtown Las Vegas.

If you’re ready to face poker’s ultimate challenge, enter now by calling 1-877-FOR WSOP (367-9767) or visit our website at www.worldseriesofpoker.com.
