How it works:
When you have 1000 or more Sponsorship Points, you can redeem them for a sponsorship in a major poker tournament anywhere in the world. Your Sponsorship Points need to cover the entire buy-in and entry fee to the tournament on a one-for-one basis (1SP=$1).
For example, if you have 1200 Sponsorship Points, and the buy-in to the tournament is $1500, you need to wait till you have accumulated 300 more Sponsorship Points to total 1500 Sponsorship Points to be sponsored by PokerPages FREE School into that tournament.

How do I get points?
There are several ways to accrue Sponsorship Points. First, you can win them in just about every one of PokerPages FREE School's many Promotions.
Being Sponsored by PokerPages FREE School
A student sponsored by PokerPages FREE School is expected to be a model poker player at any event they are sponsored in. As a sponsored player, you must provide an image that will encourage other players to think positively of PokerPages FREE School. That is, you must be on your best behavior. You may also be required to wear PokerPages FREE School merchandise such as a cap, t-shirt, or jacket depending on availability.
By making a good impression on both players and casino staff, you may not only increase student membership, but also ensure that PokerPages FREE School sponsored players will be welcomed back into casinos and the tournaments held there.

Redeeming Sponsorship Points
To redeem your sponsorship points, please fill out our Points Redemption Form
Once redeemed, PokerPages FREE School will make the payment directly to the casino or poker room. You will then be required to provide valid ID at the venue in order to receive the buyin to the tournament you requested when making the redemption.
Remember, you must be of legal age to play in any live real money tournament when you are sponsored by PokerPages FREE School.
Sponsorship Points Rules
The following rules for Sponsorship Points MUST be adhered to:
- 30 days notice MUST be given for redemption of sponsorship points
- The member must call the casino prior to redeeming the points to ensure that the casino will accept direct payment with a bank wire
- If the casino does not have any method of taking in the funds then the member must choose another casino to redeem the Sponsorship points.
- PokerPages FREE School cannot make any payments directly to members for redemption of Sponsorship points
- Members must represent PokerPages FREE School in a positive manner
- Members must promote PokerPages FREE School by wearing or carrying an item with PokerPages FREE School name or logo
