On Sunday there were 783 poker players vying for the chance to sit at the final table of the World Poker Finals $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Championship.
Monday and Tuesday saw the elimination of more than half the field; Wednesday brought the number of hopefuls down to 31.
Now, after today's play, we have the final six: Lyle Berman, Nick Schulman, Tony Licastro, Lenny Cortellino, Allen Cunningham and Bill Gazes. They will start play on Friday, November 18, at 4 PM in the Grand Pequot Ballroom.
The total prize pool for the final six positions is $5,065,500 with First Place worth $2,167,500 which includes a $25,500 seat in the WPT Championship event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Good Luck and Congratulations to All!
