Foxwoods Poker Classic / WPT Event Season V

End of Day 4 At the beginning there were 415 players competing for the chance to sit at the Final Table of the 2007 Foxwoods Poker Classic $10,000 WPT No-Limit Hold’em Championship. On Sunday the field was cut to 56 players and by Monday the number of hopefuls was down to 18. Now, after today’s play, we have the final six: Raj Patel, Rocky Hill, CT; Paul Matteo, Plainville, CT; Fred Goldberg, Hollywood, FL; Seth Berger, Berwyn, PA; Allen Kessler, Las Vegas, NV; and Tony “Bagels” Cavezza, Huntington Station, NY. They will start play on Wednesday, April 4, at 5 PM in the Grand Pequot Ballroom. The total prize pool for the final six positions is $2,857,859 with First Place worth $1,298,405 which includes a $25,500 seat in the WPT Championship event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
