DICK WILLIAMS MOWS DOWN FIELD TO WIN NO-LIMIT EVENT

Pot-Limit Hold’em kicked off the Second Chance tournaments and began with 98 players vying for a prize pool of $9,800. The winner was Tex Morgan, creator of Tex’s TEAR’s tournament structure. Interestingly, Mike Gainey, the cardroom manager of the Reno Hilton, was the first to implement the TEAR’s structure.
