Tournament Report

Tristan Baum aka Tri, pronounced "tree", whose last name happens to mean "tree" won today's No-Limit Hold'em Event. Tall and strong as a Redwood, solid as Oak, his roots are in New York City.

Godson to Lillian Gish, Tri folows in her footsteps, proving dominance in silence with strength in the eyes.

This Real Estate Broker has entered only a few tournaments, but the USPC has long been one of his goals.

Who wouldn't be thrilled to play at a final table with Daniel Negreanu, let alone heads up? Placing 2nd in today's No-Limit Hold'em Event, Daniel extended a strong compliment to his opponent, saying, "at a final table, Tri had played the best of any opponents."

Daniel is a real sports fan. He loves golf and hockey. Yes, a true poker Olympian, earning perfect scores for quality of competition, endurance, patience, conduct and respect. Undisputed, the decision is unanimous...The Gold Medal is Yours!

In a former career as a Record Talent Scout, Scott Byron signed on an artist whose work turned solid gold. Well, tonight Scott's rendition of No-Limit Hold'em placed 3rd on the charts, topping 190 others.

This is your Poker DJ reporting from the final table, top 3 countdown for No Limit Texas Hold'em, live from WTAJ. This station, signing off with Billy Joel.....bidding you all a good night with a New York State of Mind.....(50% of the final 18 No Limit Hold'em players were New Yorkers.

Until tomorrow, same time, same station
