Tournament Report

64 Runners were trying to win this title. Like usual in Nolimit Holdem the players from GB were very strong in NoLimit Games. At the Finaltable we could find 4 players from the island. After many up and downs for the most players, except DUTHIE John, who was always top with chips, three players were left.

JUVONEN Jukka from Finland, CHUC Hoang from France and DUTHIE John from GreatBritain.

Jukka tried to steal the blinds with J4 offsuited and got called from Chuc with A9s in spades. Flop AA3 turn 5 river 3, Jukka was out and CHUC and DUTHIE left with nearly same amount of chips.

They made a save of Euro 10.000,- for each and playing for another 5.225,- and the trophy. Short time later, John called from the small blind. Flop: 3s 4d 5d. Chuc check, John bet 18.000,-Chuc reraised 100.000,- and John moved allin. Chuc showed K5 and John showed 62, flopped the straight. Turn Q and rivercard A changed nothing.

Chuc left with 3000 in chips and in the very next hand John won the trophy.
